Terms And ConditionsAt K Coulst Designs (ABN 33 429 963 617) our terms and conditions are governed by Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure you have read all our conditions listed below and shipping terms before placing an order with our business.
CONFIDENTIAL PERSONAL INFORMATION
All orders placed with us require sensitive information in regards to your location, email details and payment types. This information is solely used to ensure your goods are directed to their requested address and should we require to contact you we can. All information is collected confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties at any time.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in AUD.
We accept payment through numerous gateways including: Afterpay, ZipPay, PayPal, Shopify Payments (Amex, Mastercard, Visa). We continue to update our payment options to remain relevant and offer as much variety as possible.
RETURNS; REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
At no instance do we exchange, replace or refund items due to 'change of mind'.
If your items have arrived and you believe a flaw/fault or damage has occurred you are required to contact us within 10 days and discuss.
No items are accepted to be returned if they have been worn, used or do not contain all the original K Coulst Designs tags.
All items list sizing charts and we strictly request you ensure you measure your child before purchasing. All items of clothing and all children are different sizing and that is why this information is readily available. We will not be held responsible for items that do not fit correctly if this has been overlooked.
At K Coulst Designs we endeavour to ship all items within 3 business days. Should there be a delay we will email you and discuss and keep you informed on the process until a tracking number is provided by email. Please refer to our Shipping information for the full terms and conditions of wait times, shipping company used and if your item is taking longer than expected.
