What material are our designs made with?
Our garments are made from varying fabric compositions. This can include but not limited to: 100% organic cotton, 100% cotton, cotton sateen mixtures and cotton polyester mixtures. Each product description entails what material it compromises. If you require clarification, please contact us directly.
What sizes do you offer?
Each product lists a sizing chart for measurment purposes. Majority of our designs range in sizing but we start at newborn and go up to an 8. We endeavor to have our sizes as True To Size (TTS) as possible however, we always recommend referring to the product size chart and measuring to ensure the best fit.
Can I exchange my product?
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information. Exchanges are provided where an item is deemed faulty and current stock is available, if the item can not be exchanged, a store refund will be offered. Change of mind or incorrect sizing chosen is not deemed reason for exchange.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes. We have a set list of countries we ship internationally to. Should you find that your country is not on this list at check out, please send us an email: email@example.com to discuss. All our international shipments are sent via Standard Tracked International satchels that have a limit of 500 grams. Please ensure your order reaches this limit or at check out, you will not be able to proceed further.
How long will shipping take?
Domestic standard postage can take 1-5 business days depending on your locality. If you choose to upgrade your postage option, the time frame will be as per Australia Post guidelines. If you have ordered an item on Pre Order, I will provide an estimation that this stock will arrive and then the time frame advised by Australia Post will be applicable.
International orders can take anywhere from 6 business days up to 14 business days. Please refer to Australia Post guidelines for set time frames for your country.
What is the turn around time on orders?
Your order will ship within three business days. If there is a delay in your order we will contact you and keep you informed until it is dispatched. We aim to deliver a prompt buyer experience.
Pre Sale items will be as per the advised due date on the listing.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Contact us directly. If it falls outside of the shipping time frames listed above we will guide you into what steps need to happen to resolve this.
